Employers play a significant role in the process of hiring workers with disabilities. Through an in-depth interview, this research aims to investigate the experience of 30 representatives of small and medium-sized companies in Lombardy involved in a process of recruitment. The data were analyzed using a phenomenological approach and returned to the participants through the Delphy Method. The results show that experience towards the employee with a disability are influenced by three important topics: the previous experience, the choose of the tasks and the reasons that lead to the recruitment process.References
