In the current social context Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are more and more present and pervasive and the European institutions enter the Digital Competence in the Key Competences for Lifelong Learning. In this focus we are deepened the general problems of Digital Competence and competence-based education and to describe experimental practices concerning highschools.References
