Pratiche educative per la promozione del civic engagement

L’articolo presenta gli esiti di una revisione sistematica condotta secondo la modalità dell’integrative review, che indaga sia la letteratura empirica sia quella teorico-descrittiva per combinare la riflessione accademica con le pratiche professionali attuate nei contesti educativi. La domanda di revisione mira a individuare pratiche educative efficaci per promuovere il civic engagement nella fascia d’età 6-13 anni, con particolare riferimento ai contesti scolastici. La ricerca dei documenti è avvenuta tramite database disciplinari, generalisti e con il ricorso alle biblioteche digitali. L’analisi del materiale così ottenuto ha consentito di individuare elementi di ricorsività che caratterizzano le attività educative rivolte alla promozione del civic engagement in questa fascia d’età. In questo contributo verranno analizzati tali elementi e i loro caratteri di efficacia, evidenziando come essa possa contribuire alla progettazione di un percorso di ricerca educativa avente come focus la promozione del civic engagement e il senso di comunità.
