Certificazione delle Competenze Digitali a Scuola: una proposta operativa

Obiettivo primario del presente contributo è descrive un modello - solidamente fondato su quanto la letteratura del settore ha a oggi elaborato – che articoli al suo interno la definizione di competenze digitali, le attività didattiche che nei diversi ordini di scuola possono essere proposte per formare tali competenze e un sistema per la valutazione del grado di acquisizione di queste da parte degli studenti.Un secondo obiettivo – non giudicato di minore importanza – è stato quello di ricostruire la “storia” del concetto di competenza digitale, sia in ambito istituzionale che scientifico in relazione all’uso di questo in ambito educativo.
Il risultato concreto è la definizione di un “percorso” di certificazione delle competenze digitali per gli studenti impegnati in attività di didattica innovativa. Il fine è offrire una attestazione concreta e fondata delle competenze digitali che gli studenti acquisiscono svolgendo le attività didattiche proposte nell’ambito dei percorsi scolastici.
